This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us or enquire about our services.

Please do not send identity documents, bank statements or sensitive financial details through our general enquiry form.

We may share information with Jet Team Finance where relevant to the credit assistance services we provide; with service providers that help us operate our website, enquiry management and communications; and with regulators or other parties when required or authorised by law. If you choose to proceed with finance, information may also be shared with prospective lenders, identity-verification providers, credit reporting bodies and other parties as described in the applicable privacy disclosure and consent documentation. We do not treat submitting an initial enquiry as permission to make a credit enquiry.
4. Website and Facebook or Instagram lead forms
If you submit a lead form through Facebook or Instagram, Meta may prefill information from your account and provide your submitted answers to us. We use those answers to contact you about the service you requested. Meta's own privacy practices also apply to its platforms. Our website may use security and anti-spam tools to protect enquiry forms.
5. Marketing communications
We may contact you in response to your enquiry. Promotional messages are handled separately and you can ask us to stop sending direct marketing communications at any time. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically mean you have agreed to unrelated marketing.
